ARNAKI LEMONATO TOU DIMITRI (DIMITRI’S LEMON LAMB)

Ingredients
Lamb cut into pieces : 2 kg
Potatoes : 1 kg, peeled and cut in half
Lemons : 5
Spices : salt, pepper, oregano and rosemary.
Olive Oil : 1 glass

Preparation
Spice lamb with spices, olive oil and juice of 3 lemons. Put them in to faience pan and cover with tinfoil. Put the pan in a wood oven and wait for 2 hours.
Spice potatoes with salt, olive oil and juice of 2 lemons. Put them in to aluminum pan and cook for 1 hour in the wood oven.
Put cooked lamb at the centre of the tray and potatoes to the sides of the tray. Decorate the dish at will (using lemons and vegetables).
