Africa, our motherland, is a hidden treasure of flavors. You can find simple and tasty dishes of chicken or meat, cooked in a tomato sauce and served with plain rice. You can also find more complicated dishes which contain a blend of spices and various vegetables. The common point of many dishes is that usually they are in the form of a stew and they are served with rice, yams, plantains, ground corn or couscous.
