0.5 kg chicken breast, washed and cut in big pieces of 7-8 cm
0.5 kg boneless chicken thighs, washed and cut in big pieces 7-8 cm
3 cloves of garlic, grated finely or smashed
1 kg onion, chopped finely
0.5 kg eggplants, cut in thin slices lengthwise
0.5 kg bell peppers (red, green and yellow), cut in 8 pieces lengthwise
4 tablespoons of corn oil (2 for the chicken + 2 for the vegetables)
2 teaspoons of salt (1 for the chicken + 1 for the vegetables)
0.5 teaspoon of black pepper

Mix the chicken with the oil, salt, pepper, onion and garlic and leave it in this marinade for 2 hours in the fridge.

In the meanwhile prepare the vegetables and season them with oil and salt.

Take the oven tray, put the chicken mixture on one side and the vegetables on the other side and cook them for about 30 minutes at 200 C.
