2 avocados peeled, seeded and chopped finely (if mature enough, you can smash them with a fork)
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon of chilli powder
1 big shallot chopped finely (cipolla tropea)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 piccadilly tomatoes diced (pomodori piccadilly)
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt

The secret of a tasty guacamole is “not to crush everything into a creamy consistency”. So do not use a kitchen robot! In the end it is much more enjoyable to taste the small pieces of avocado, onion and tomato. Once you know this secret, the preparation is very easy, you mix all ingredients and your delicious guacamole is ready!
