After a long silence, we’re finally back! …and too excited to meet together again in Trentino!
For the workshop we invite you to send us a recipe from home (a recipe that you love or a recipe from your grandmother or a recipe from where you were born). Note that it cannot be a Trentino recipe because we will adapt other Italian recipes or international recipes with Trentino local ingredients. For example we can adapt a Turkish desert by adding the apples of Val di Non or we can adapt cappelletti pasta from Emilia Romagna by replacing the cheese with the Trentin Grana and so on. We want to value the local economy, small producers, healthy km 0 food of Trentino.
During the workshop we’ll tell the stories of these recipes, we’ll tell what they mean to us and how it connects us with our past, our family, the culture and the territory. We’ll cook those recipes together where we’ll be divided in teams and one will learn how to cook the recipe of another.
We are happy to inform you that this is totally a kid-friendly event, we will prepare a cooking workshop for small kids (0-6 years old) and there will be a dedicated play ground for them.
Here is the complete program:
10th December Saturday noon at 12:00: meeting at Casa dal Trozzo and having a fast lunch with local food and wine, getting to know each other.
10th December Saturday afternoon and evening: workshop, cooking some fantastic recipes with Trentino ingredients and eating together (dinner)

For the logistics and the organization of recipes, we kindly ask you to get registered by 3rd December.
Sheets, towels and bathroom soap need to be brought from home for the event. Duvets/blankets will be provided by the facility.

Cost details
The participation fee 30€ includes the lunch, the workshop and the dinner of Saturday
The participation fee 60€ includes the accommodation at the mountain house, the lunch, the workshop and the dinner of Saturday and the brunch of Sunday morning.
The partecipation is free for 0-12 years and half price for 12-18 years.
Note that we are proposing you discounted fees and Food Connects People is financing a part of the expenses of this event as we really would like to restart with our activities in spite of the increased cost of heating, energy and materials.
